No.1 Beauty & Cosmetic, Inc., owner of the brand Celavi Beauty & Cosmetics (“Celavi”, “we”, “our”, “us”), understands and respects our customers concerns about privacy. We take privacy concerns seriously and want you (our customers) to know how we disclose and use any private information we obtain through https://mycelavi.com/ (Consumer Website), https://celaviproducts.com/ (Wholesale Website), or any other website owned by No.1 Beauty & Cosmetic herein collectively referred to as the (“Sites”).

Collected Information – Account Information

Some of our Sites, like our Consumer Website, allow users to create an account that requires a user generated password. This account information is saved in our data base and stored for your convenience. To protect your privacy, we never ask for your account information, so ensure to disregard any email or letter that asks for this information. To protect you and other customers, please advise us at info@mycelavi.com of any correspondence that asks you for your account information. For further protection and security of your private information, we prohibit any unauthorized use of another person’s account without their express consent or permission. To ensure proper security, please log out after each session and clear any browser history from shared computers.

Currently, our dedicated Wholesale Website does not allow users to create accounts and does not collect such information. For more information regarding Wholesale purchases, returns, or shipping please review our Wholesale Policy.

Collected Information – User Generated Information

Our Consumer Website allows users (our customers) to input user generated information (“User Generated Information”) for you to benefit from our unique features, such as order processing, contests, promotions, sweepstakes, newsletters, and subscriptions. User Generated Information may include, Full Name, Billing Address, Shipping Address, Email Address, Telephone Number, and Payment Information (Credit/ Debit / Other), or any other information necessary to acquire our products or services. We may also obtain any other contact information necessary to better assist, solve, or respond to any inquiries related to any orders, services, comments, reviews, or requests. To prevent inadvertent disclosure of private information, we seek to collect the minimal amount of User Generated Information necessary and will not disclose such information unless otherwise provided for in this Privacy Policy.

Passive Generated Information & Use

As you explore or navigate our Sites, along with many other consumer websites, certain information may be collected passively.  Passive generated information (“Passive Generated Information”) is any information that is collected without the manual input from our users. Certain technology, such as cookies, pixel tags, advertisements, and web analytics may track Passive Generated Information from our Sites.

Passive Generated Information & Use – Cookies

We make our Sites simple to use and convenient for our customers, to provide the best products available in cosmetics, health and beauty. On our Consumer Website, many of our customers like to store information like shopping bag contents for their convenience. With the use of Cookies, we are able to store small files that reside on your computer that allow us to recognize your settings and/or store shopping cart contents. Some of the general information obtained from Cookies includes, browser type, pages accessed, language preferences, and total time spent on our Sites. Keep in mind that even though our Wholesale Website does not allow users to input User Generated Information, it does collect Passive Generated Information, through cookies and other similar technologies.

We understand that some users prefer to disable cookies. Depending on your browser, you may elect to disable the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings. Be advised that if you disable cookies, there may be limitations to the functionality of our Sites and may reduce your consumer experience.

Other Similar Technologies: Clear GIFs, Pixel Tags, and Web Beacons

To analyze popular beauty trends, we may also use pixel tags (also called web beacons or clear gifs, herein referred to as “Other Similar Technologies”) on our Sites. Other Similar Technologies help us assess popular content on our Sites. When we know popular content, we can create features that are more effective on our Sites and develop a more immersive customer experience. This information also may be used to target advertisements better and stock products accordingly. When you visit our Sites, Cookies and Other Similar Technologies may also be used by our third-party vendors (Third-Party Vendors) to deliver advertisements about our products across the Internet.

We may use this information, such as demographic information or purchase history, collected through Cookies or Other Similar Technologies and may combine this information with User Generated Information you provide. We may also share this information with Third-Party Vendors like Google that helps us track, collect, and analyze this information to better understand your needs. Third-Party Vendors may use this information about your visits to our Sites or other Sites with Other Similar Technologies to provide advertisements about goods and services that may be of interest to you.

Google Analytics or Other Analytic Sources

Currently, many websites use analytic services like Google Analytics to assist companies understand what consumers want. Our Sites use Google Analytics (and in the future may use other similar services). Google Analytics generates information about your use of our Sites through Cookies and obtains information like your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address. This information is used to improve marketing, ensure stability, and prevent hacking. Information from other third-party sites, such as social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Google+, and Pinterest may also be collected. Storage of Information

To ensure safety, any personal information we obtain is secured and stored in the United States. Any person that resides in Canada or any other country outside the Unities States understands and agrees that your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.  Further, you agree that we may be required to use or disclose your information to a third party, including the United States government, in connection with any legal action or other proceeding, such as a court order or subpoena.

Use and Disclosure of Information

Except as described in this Online Privacy Policy, we do not release, sell, rent, or license any personal information obtained about you from our Sites. To properly perform services, we may share your personal information with other companies that help us fulfill orders, post and manage mail, deliver packages, provide marketing assistance, investigate fraud, conduct consumer surveys, provide customer service, store data (on external servers), and any other service deemed necessary to fulfill your order(s). Social Media & Other Social Platforms

Celavi understands the value and importance of social media in society. We integrate Third-Party social media companies like Instagram, Facebook, Google+, Pinterest, Twitter, and with application developers who specialize in social commerce (Social Media Companies) that help us connect to your social networks. To generate interest in our products with followers of your social networks, our Third-Party Vendors and Social Media Companies may gain access to our Sites through Third-Party features we use on our Sites. We may also support and promote you to share our product interests with your friends on your networks, subject to limitations provided in this Privacy Policy.

Third-Party features we use on our Sites allow you to express positive opinions about our products or allow you to purchase our products. These Third Party Sites may collect or register your views about our products (including whether you purchased a product) and make those views available to Celavi and on public portions of the Third Party Sites. If you wish to prevent any disclosure of this information by Third-Party Sites, do not express your views about our products, or buy our products from Third-Party Sites. Again, please review your privacy settings on such Third-Party Sites before making any inadvertent disclosures.

Even if you consent to display information on Third-Party Sites, we have no obligation to display your name (or other identifying information including, but not limited to, your account name, profile photo, or any other information or content) on our Sites. We specifically reserve the right to remove any information of any person for any reason. We may remove any product, photo, or description from our Sites at any time at our sole discretion.

We may also remove from our Sites, any product offering or any photo or product description relating thereto in our sole discretion. Any data we received through any Social Media Companies or Third-Party Site may be deleted by your request; however, as a result, access to certain opportunities, promotions, or updated product information may be prevented.

Keep in mind private information may be collected or shared when you use any available features on our Sites through Third-Party programs by us or by the Third-Party. Information collected or shared through any such Third-Party features are considered public information by us because the Third-Party Sites make it publicly available. To prevent us from obtaining unintended personal information about you from Third-Party Sites, you must instruct the Third-Party Sites to limit such information. Celavi is not responsible for how Third-Parties may use information collected from or about you so be sure to understand the information they are sharing. If you do not want a Third Party Site to share information about you, you must contact that site and determine whether it gives you the opportunity to opt out of sharing such information. To help protect your privacy interests, we do identify any areas on our Sites where third parties share information about you.

We consider public format information obtained through Third-Party Sites or through our User-Generated Content section to be public information. We caution Internet users before posting any of your own content. Individuals under the age of 18 should be especially careful to not provide any personal information when participating in any area of our Sites where user-generated content might be available to the public.

Shopping – Financial Information Security

We understand the importance of financial security and strive to keep any financial information private, safe and secure. To prevent disclosure, we only store order information, billing, shipping, and order content data on our server. Because no transmission of data over the Internet or mobile phone devices can be 100% secure, Credit Card data and information is not stored on our Sites. While we may use every means possible to ensure the security of information you transmit to us; we cannot guarantee that such information will not be intercepted by third parties. We also cannot protect financial or personal information that is not under our control.

Privacy Rights of California Citizens

Subject to certain limitations, California residents have the right to request information from us regarding the manner in which Celavi shares certain categories of personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. If you are a California resident, by law, you have the right to send us a request at info@mycelavi.com to receive the following information: The categories of information we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year; the names and addresses of the third parties that received the information; and  if the nature of the third party’s business cannot be determined from their name, examples of the products or services marketed.

 

Minors & Children Compliance

Our Sites are not intended nor designed for children and request that children under the age of 13 not provide Personal Information through our Sites. In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”), Celavi will never knowingly request, accept or use personal information from children under 13 years of age. Anyone under the age of 13 should have a parent navigate the site and place an order for you. If Celavi receives actual knowledge that a shopping account has been opened by someone under 13 years of age or information has been provided by someone under 13, we will eliminate all personal information relating to that individual from our records.

Updates & Consent

You hereby agree and acknowledge that this Privacy Policy is part of the terms of service for your use of the Sites, and you agree that using the Sites signifies you assent to Celavi’s Privacy Policy. The sole remedy elected to you against Celavi for any dissatisfaction with our Privacy Policy is to stop using the site or any such content related to this site. Celavi reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time, without advance notice. Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page so that you are always up to date. We suggest that you periodically consult this Privacy Policy to be fully informed. Your continued use of the Sites after the effective date of any modification to this Privacy Policy will be deemed to be your agreement to the changed terms.

Keep in mind, Celavi may negotiate with other retail/wholesale vendors that are not owned or controlled by us (“Third-Party Vendors”).We are only responsible for information provided to us or our agents and will uphold our policies to maintain your information accordingly. We are not responsible, and cannot guarantee or control actions of people that Celavi does not manage or employ.
